We process name, email, company, message, language, date, limited technical data and acceptance evidence to answer business enquiries, prevent abuse and maintain a relationship history. The legal bases are requested pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interest in protecting the service and, where applicable, consent.

Enquiries are retained for 24 months after the last interaction unless a legal obligation or contract requires a different period. Vercel, Supabase and, when transactional email is enabled, Resend act as technology providers under appropriate instructions and safeguards.

Where international transfers may occur, appropriate contractual safeguards apply. We use access controls, administrator MFA, encryption in transit, action logging and abuse-prevention measures.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, blocking and portability. We will respond within the legal period. You may also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), apda.ad. We do not profile users or make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
