Processing is primarily governed by Andorran Qualified Law 29/2021 and, where its territorial scope applies, by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation.

We collect name, email, optional company, message, language, date and time, evidence that the privacy notice was read, a non-reversible IP-address hash and limited browser data. Name, email and message are required to reply; without them, we cannot handle the enquiry.

• Maintaining the business relationship history: legitimate interests in continuity and evidence of communications.
• Preventing abuse, limiting requests and protecting the service: legitimate interests in website security.
• Keeping evidence of the notice provided: legal compliance and accountability.

We do not use form data for marketing or disclose it for unrelated commercial purposes.

The service may involve providers of hosting and content delivery, storage and authentication, and transactional email delivery. They act as processors or sub-processors under the applicable contracts and instructions. Where processing involves a country without an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another applicable legal safeguard are used. Information or a copy of the safeguards can be requested through the privacy email.

Enquiries and follow-up records are kept for 24 months after the last interaction and are then automatically deleted, unless a contract, legal obligation or claim justifies a different period. The IP hash and browser data are anonymised after 90 days. Expired technical rate-limit records are periodically deleted.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, blocking and portability. We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month. Where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing. Send the request to palmbeachsl@outlook.com. We do not profile or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about people who contact us.
